Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure and MLOps pipelines for high-volume data processing.
- Lead the architectural vision for Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored for enterprise applications.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies, including Quantum AI and Neuromorphic computing, to inform product strategy.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards across all deployments.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face ecosystems.
- Strong foundation in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning models with high accuracy and low latency.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
