Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS/GCP platforms
- Lead migration projects from on-premises to cloud environments
- Optimize cloud performance while ensuring security compliance (HIPAA/GDPR)
- Automate deployment pipelines using Terraform and CI/CD tools
- Monitor system health and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement best practices
- Mentor junior engineers on cloud architecture principles
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering
- Expertise in AWS/GCP services (EC2, S3, Lambda, VPC, etc.)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- CI/CD pipeline implementation (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Relevant certifications (AWS Solutions Architect/GCP Professional)
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
