Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AWS/Azure infrastructure using Terraform and Kubernetes
- Optimize cloud costs and performance through continuous monitoring and automation
- Lead migration of legacy systems to cloud-native microservices
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab, or AWS DevOps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud security best practices
- Mentor junior engineers on cloud technologies and methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cloud engineering experience with AWS/Azure certification
- Expertise in container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS/AKS)
- Proficient in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong programming skills (Python, Go, or Java)
- Experience with CI/CD tools and infrastructure monitoring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Ability to obtain DoD clearance if required for projects
