Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/GCP infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Optimize cloud environments for performance, security, and cost-efficiency
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable microservices
- Implement monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana) and incident response protocols
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering with AWS/GCP
- Expertise in container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS/GKE)
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go
- Certification in AWS/GCP or relevant cloud architecture
- Experience with infrastructure security best practices (IAM, VPC, Security Groups)
- Proven track record of optimizing cloud costs and performance
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
