Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance smart contracts and core protocol logic using Solidity and Rust.
- Lead security best practices, conducting rigorous audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Optimize gas efficiency and improve overall node throughput and latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate decentralized identity (DID) and cross-chain bridges.
- Mentor junior engineers, establish code review standards, and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies, including Layer 2 scaling solutions and sharding.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years specifically in blockchain/Web3 development.
- Deep understanding of consensus mechanisms, cryptographic principles, and distributed systems.
- Proficiency in Rust, Solidity, or Go.
- Proven track record of deploying and securing large-scale production smart contracts.
- Experience with testing frameworks (Hardhat, Foundry) and CI/CD pipelines.
