Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision and technical strategy for The 2026 Initiative ecosystem.
- Design and implement high-performance, distributed systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of AI researchers and frontend engineers to define product roadmaps.
- Oversee code quality, security protocols, and deployment pipelines for the core platform.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous technical architecture reviews.
- Identify potential bottlenecks and propose scalable solutions for future growth.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in cloud-native development and DevOps.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to production delivery.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, data pipelines, and large language models.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience with Python, Go, or Rust is highly desirable.
