Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with company long-term goals.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design resilient, high-performance distributed systems capable of scaling exponentially by 2026.
- Oversee R&D: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pilot emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge IoT) and integrate them into core infrastructure.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of elite engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols and ensure full compliance with evolving data regulations.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with key technology partners to secure best-in-class solutions for the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Future-Ready Skills: Demonstrated experience with AI/ML integration, blockchain, or next-gen communication protocols.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to translate abstract business requirements into concrete technical architectures.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
