- Future-Proofing: Identify emerging trends and technologies (e.g., AGI, Edge Computing) and develop strategies to leverage them before competitors.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineering staff, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in software architecture with a proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations.
