In this role, you will define the technical roadmap for our advanced infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and performance in a rapidly evolving market. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical application.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, cloud-native systems tailored for Project 2026.
- Technical Strategy: Define long-term technical roadmaps and make critical architectural decisions that drive business growth and innovation.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with research teams to translate cutting-edge scientific breakthroughs into production-ready software solutions.
- Code Quality: Establish and enforce rigorous coding standards, conduct high-level code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and implement optimizations to ensure 99.99% uptime.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead role managing large-scale projects.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; proficiency in major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical ideas to diverse stakeholders.
