Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant AI architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise-grade applications with a focus on latency reduction and hallucination mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the technical roadmap for our 2026 product suite.
- Implement rigorous testing protocols and security measures to ensure data integrity and algorithmic fairness.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Research emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing) to identify viable integration paths.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and MLOps pipelines.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems design.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
