Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Research, prototype, and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) to determine their applicability for future products.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient, and high-performance architectural frameworks that support long-term growth.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for C-suite executives and product stakeholders.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Proof of Value (PoV) initiatives to de-risk future development cycles.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or product strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and driving innovation initiatives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and pivot strategies based on new data.
