Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and communicate the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 initiative, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- System Design: Design scalable, resilient, and secure architecture patterns that support high-velocity growth and emerging technologies.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a team of engineers in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions, including edge computing and decentralized networks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Legacy Migration: Oversee the strategic migration of current infrastructure to cloud-native environments, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
- Code Governance: Establish and enforce architectural standards, coding best practices, and quality assurance protocols across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in microservices, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure, and serverless computing.
- Future Tech: Familiarity with AI/ML integration, blockchain concepts, or predictive analytics frameworks.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
