- Define and execute the long-term technology strategy and roadmap leading up to 2026.
- Lead architectural reviews for high-impact projects and ensure scalability and security.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge Infrastructure.
- Mentor engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system engineering.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Python, Rust, or Go is highly preferred.
