- Technical Innovation: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies (AI, Edge Computing, Quantum-ready protocols) into our existing stack.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Code Quality: Establish and enforce coding standards, conducting rigorous code reviews and architectural audits.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for executive stakeholders and product teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, Rust, or C++. Deep understanding of distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker, microservices).
- Cloud Expertise: Proven experience designing solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Understanding of machine learning pipelines and model deployment strategies.
