Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ at executive level
- Proven track record in scaling tech organizations
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Harvard Business Review
- Experience with international tech policy frameworks
- Certified in TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture
- Strong financial modeling and M&A integration experience
