Responsibilities
- Define and execute the high-level technical architecture for the 2026 product suite, focusing on next-gen AI integration.
- Lead a team of elite engineers and data scientists in researching and prototyping breakthrough neural network models.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to next-generation cloud-native infrastructures optimized for 2026 performance standards.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, safety, and transparency within the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate strategic vision into technical roadmaps and deliverables.
- Conduct rigorous performance testing and scalability analysis to ensure system resilience under extreme loads.

Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing concepts and their application to classical machine learning problems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
