- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to bridge theoretical innovations with commercial applications
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and biotechnology integration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in forecasting tech adoption curves (AI, quantum, biotech preferred)
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 disruptive technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals or conferences
- Strong familiarity with ISO 26000 and ethical tech governance frameworks
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in Tableau/Power BI
