Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure architectures that support complex, real-time data processing.
- Technical Leadership: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Model Deployment: Oversee the end-to-end deployment lifecycle of machine learning models, ensuring optimal performance, latency, and cost-efficiency.
- Strategic Planning: Define the long-term technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, aligning with company business goals and 2026 strategic objectives.
- Cloud Optimization: Manage cloud resource utilization (AWS/GCP) and implement best practices for security, scalability, and reliability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and researchers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a Lead Architect or similar senior technical role.
- Core Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead engineering teams, mentor junior developers, and drive technical decision-making.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated history of solving complex technical challenges in high-scale environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
