Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Vision: Define and articulate the long-term strategic roadmap for AI integration, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of robust AI systems capable of handling enterprise-grade data throughput.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Product, and Executive teams to translate technical capabilities into business value.
- AI Ethics & Governance: Establish and enforce ethical guidelines and safety protocols for AI deployment to ensure responsible innovation.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of junior strategists and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or strategic consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining successful product roadmaps and driving innovation from concept to launch.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
