- Oversee the architectural design of scalable AI systems capable of supporting growth through 2026 and beyond.
- Advocate for ethical AI practices and responsible innovation across the organization.
- Partner with C-suite executives to communicate complex technical strategies in a compelling narrative.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Product Management, or Strategic Consulting, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership.
- Proven track record of defining technology roadmaps for major transformative periods (e.g., digital transformation cycles).
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, NLP, and Generative AI architectures.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate high-level concepts into actionable engineering requirements.
- Experience working in high-growth environments within the United States.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
