Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Vision: Define and communicate the long-term technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends for the 2026 fiscal year.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research initiatives focused on advanced machine learning models, neural interfaces, and ethical AI frameworks.
- Technical Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and robust architectural blueprints for next-generation AI systems.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers, C-suite executives, and external partners to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Patent & Innovation Management: Spearhead the creation and filing of patents related to cutting-edge AI methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electrical Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role within the AI/ML sector.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Visionary Thinking: Proven track record of identifying emerging trends (e.g., AGI, Edge AI) and integrating them into product roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
