Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI infrastructure, identifying emerging trends and technologies to ensure our platform remains competitive in the future.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement high-performance, scalable machine learning pipelines and cloud-native architectures using modern technologies.
- Lead and Mentor: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews, and establishing best practices for AI development.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously monitor, optimize, and refine existing models and systems to improve accuracy, latency, and cost-efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, researchers, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict security protocols and regulatory standards relevant to data privacy and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture and deployment.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and architect solutions that are flexible enough to adapt to the rapidly changing tech landscape of 2026.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
