Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 AI ecosystem, focusing on Agentic AI and Neural Symbolic integration.
- Architect scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of handling billions of parameters and real-time decision making.
- Lead the design of ethical AI frameworks and ensure compliance with emerging global regulations.
- Mentor senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Legal, and UX to translate technical vision into user-centric solutions.
- Identify emerging trends in Machine Learning and Deep Learning to integrate into our core product lines.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI deployments in production environments.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
