Key Responsibilities:
As the Future Tech Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Architecting scalable, resilient systems that align with the 2026 strategic vision.
- Leading a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists.
- Identifying and evaluating emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) for integration.
- Defining technical roadmaps and ensuring delivery milestones are met.
- Mentoring junior developers and fostering a culture of innovation.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate excellence and foresight:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture.
- Proven track record leading large-scale technical projects or startups.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, or Rust, and cloud-native architectures.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycles and data governance.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
