Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture for our 2026 AI roadmap, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Lead a team of elite engineers and data scientists in developing proprietary neural networks.
- Establish and enforce best practices for AI ethics, safety, and compliance in high-stakes environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to integrate AI solutions into broader product ecosystems.
- Conduct rigorous research to identify emerging trends in machine learning and hardware acceleration.
- Drive the migration strategy from legacy systems to next-gen cloud-native architectures.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity within the AI sector.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems under tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and their application to AI algorithms.
