Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Strategic AI Roadmap for 2026, aligning long-term technical goals with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between R&D, Product, and Executive leadership to drive innovation.
- Identify emerging AI trends and technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, AGI) and assess their viability for our infrastructure.
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI, bias mitigation, and data privacy.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in for ambitious projects.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or product strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Deep Learning architectures.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale AI solutions in production environments.
