Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable architectures for AI agents and multi-modal systems.
- Lead the R&D efforts in reinforcement learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Optimize model inference latency and resource utilization to ensure real-time responsiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, ethicists, and product managers.
- Establish best practices for data privacy, security, and explainable AI (XAI).
- Prototype and validate novel algorithms in sandbox environments before deployment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, or Rust, and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG pipelines, and vector databases.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience in robotics or simulation environments (e.g., ROS, Gazebo).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
