Responsibilities
- Define the Horizon 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) into our core infrastructure.
- Architectural Governance: Establish and enforce architectural standards that ensure scalability, security, and resilience across all product lines.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on industry shifts to provide actionable insights to the executive board.
- Prototype Development: Spearhead the creation of high-fidelity prototypes for experimental technologies.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership or architectural advisory capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern programming paradigms.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of successfully planning for long-term (5+ year) technological shifts.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous, high-stakes problems with innovative solutions.
