Responsibilities
- Lead breakthrough research in quantum-entangled neural networks and generative AI
- Architect ethical AI frameworks for autonomous systems in healthcare and logistics
- Develop multimodal AI models processing real-time sensor and quantum data
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, Nature)
- Mentor cross-functional teams of engineers and PhD researchers
- Secure $5M+ in research grants from NSF, DARPA, and private foundations
- Present findings to C-suite executives and government technology boards
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in AI research with publication in top-tier venues
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and transformer architectures
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum programming languages
- Experience with large-scale distributed computing (Spark, Kubernetes)
- Track record of translating research into commercial AI products
- Strong background in AI ethics and responsible development practices
