Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized networks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions for 2026 market needs
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI/ML deployment in regulated industries
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Conduct competitive analysis in emerging tech verticals (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board and investors
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused technology forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech roles
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Proven track record of commercializing next-gen technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic systems, blockchain protocols, synthetic biology
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier publications
- Experience leading $50M+ R&D initiatives
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Public speaking record at global tech conferences (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
