Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and technical vision for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Define system requirements, scalable architecture patterns, and data models to support high-volume transactions.
- Oversee the implementation of microservices and containerization strategies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
- Implement robust security protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations (SOC2, GDPR).
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting of complex distributed systems.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and large-scale system design.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or Go with a deep understanding of software engineering principles.
- Expert knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and serverless architectures.
- Experience with message queues, caching systems (Redis), and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
