We are on the hunt for a visionary Senior AI Research Scientist to define the technological landscape of 2026 and beyond. As we prepare for our 2026 roadmap, we need an expert who can translate complex theoretical concepts into scalable, real-world applications.
In this role, you will be instrumental in advancing our proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agent frameworks. You will work in a collaborative, high-performance environment alongside world-class engineers and product strategists.
Responsibilities
- Architect and lead research initiatives focused on pre-2026 AI breakthroughs and long-term scalability.
- Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art Deep Learning models for NLP and computer vision tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production pipelines and product features.
- Mentor junior data scientists and researchers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Publish research findings in top-tier conferences and contribute to open-source communities.
- Evaluate model performance, reduce bias, and improve efficiency in real-time inference systems.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or NLP.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of Transformer architectures, LLMs (GPT, BERT), and fine-tuning techniques (PEFT, LoRA).
- Experience deploying AI models on cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of publishing academic papers or leading technical patents.
