Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge research in transformer architectures and generative models.
- Develop novel algorithms to improve model efficiency, accuracy, and safety for 2026 deployment targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into production-grade AI infrastructure.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation and statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and drive model performance.
- Author and present high-impact research papers at top-tier conferences such as NeurIPS, ICML, or ACL.
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of innovation, curiosity, and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in deep learning, machine learning, or artificial intelligence research.
- Proven expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow with a strong command of GPU acceleration techniques.
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and optimization algorithms.
- Experience with large-scale distributed training and high-performance computing clusters.
- Track record of publishing in peer-reviewed venues and contributing to open-source projects.
