In this role, you will work at the intersection of computer science, mathematics, and product development. You will be responsible for designing, training, and deploying state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) that power enterprise-grade applications worldwide.

Responsibilities
- Research & Development: Lead the end-to-end research lifecycle for NLP and Deep Learning models, including data curation, model architecture design, and hyperparameter tuning.
- Model Deployment: Collaborate with the MLOps team to ensure scalable, efficient, and secure deployment of research models into production environments.
- Roadmap Execution: Translate complex technical requirements into actionable research goals for the 2024 product roadmap.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Publishing: Author high-impact research papers and present findings at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to identify high-value AI use cases and integrate them into the core platform.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in research or applied machine learning, with a proven track record of publishing in top-tier venues.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Strong understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and pre-training techniques.
- Programming: Expert-level coding skills in Python, C++, or CUDA for high-performance computing tasks.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems in natural language processing and generative AI.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
