Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution of our AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Architect Scalable AI Solutions: Design and implement robust machine learning pipelines and neural networks capable of handling enterprise-grade data volumes.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Predictive Modeling, to maintain a competitive edge.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into technical blueprints.
- Mentorship & Culture: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and conducting technical workshops.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior architectural role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining technical roadmaps and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
