- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype future-facing solutions.
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia for technology scouting.
- Present compelling vision reports and investment recommendations to the executive board and investors.
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory changes to anticipate shifts in technology adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred.
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging technologies consulting.
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives with measurable ROI.
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, or other emerging domains with portfolio evidence.

- Strong stakeholder management experience with executive and investor audiences.
