Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with demonstrable impact on future-oriented initiatives
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology convergence
- Proven track record of scaling innovation from concept to enterprise implementation
- Certified in Future Tech Strategy (FTS) or equivalent foresight methodology
- Experience with scenario planning for 2026+ technology disruptions
- Strong network with academic research labs and national technology institutes
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Innovation or Futures Studies preferred
