Responsibilities
- Lead research and development of advanced AI algorithms for the 2026 Project

- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier AI conferences and journals
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI development
- Contribute to patent filings for novel AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and generative models
- Proven track record of deploying production-scale AI systems at tech scale
- Strong programming skills in Python, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks
- Published research in NeurIPS, ICML, or equivalent venues
- Experience with quantum computing interfaces (Qiskit, Cirq) preferred
- Ability to translate complex research into actionable engineering solutions
