Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Models: Design and implement state-of-the-art deep learning architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and Multimodal AI systems.
- Optimize Inference Pipelines: Engineer high-performance inference engines to ensure low-latency, high-throughput AI deployment at scale.
- Research & Development: Explore novel approaches in reinforcement learning, few-shot learning, and causal inference to solve complex industry problems.
- System Design: Collaborate with MLOps teams to build robust, scalable data pipelines and model serving architectures.
- Mentorship: Lead a team of junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning research or applied AI engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; extensive experience with GPU acceleration (CUDA).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Transformer models, attention mechanisms, and neural network optimization.
