We are looking for a pioneering Senior AI & Quantum Readiness Architect to define the technological roadmap for the year 2026 and beyond. In this role, you will lead high-impact R&D initiatives, ensuring our systems are scalable, secure, and future-proof. You will work closely with C-suite executives and engineering teams to integrate cutting-edge algorithms into our core product suite.

Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI models and quantum-ready infrastructure for enterprise applications.
- Define and drive the technical vision and roadmap for the '2026 Tech Stack' transition.
- Conduct advanced research in neural networks, optimization algorithms, and quantum error correction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing software ecosystems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations while pushing the boundaries of performance.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML and emerging technologies.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and microservices.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
