Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation challenges

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or Quantum Engineering with 3+ years research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Published record in quantum error correction or fault-tolerant computing
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
