Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market landscape
- Conduct competitive analysis of emerging tech startups and patent portfolios
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Author thought leadership reports on tech ethics and regulatory frameworks
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for experimental tech initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory trends
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
