Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of hybrid quantum-classical systems for Project 2026.
- Define and enforce best practices for code quality, security, and scalability in high-stakes environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex research concepts into production-ready software.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous performance testing and optimization to ensure system reliability under extreme loads.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, quantum hardware, and edge computing to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related engineering field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or high-performance computing.
- Deep understanding of quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar frameworks) is highly preferred.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems using cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
