Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of large-scale AI systems, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and quantum integration.
- Strategic Leadership: Define the technical roadmap for AI adoption, identifying opportunities for innovation in autonomous agents and predictive analytics.
- Model Optimization: Lead efforts in optimizing deep learning models for edge computing and quantum processors to reduce latency and improve throughput.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including product management, security, and operations to deliver seamless AI solutions.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI models adhere to ethical guidelines, bias mitigation standards, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, AI Act).
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Quantum Knowledge: Familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or a strong willingness to learn emerging quantum algorithms.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing technical teams and managing complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with innovative technical solutions.
