Responsibilities
- Architect Future Systems: Design scalable, hybrid AI and Quantum computing architectures tailored for the 2026 landscape.
- Roadmap Strategy: Lead technical strategy sessions to define the 2026 product roadmap and integration milestones.
- Algorithm Development: Develop and optimize quantum algorithms that enhance deep learning models.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate theoretical concepts into deployable solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of high-performing engineers and researchers in best practices for advanced AI.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture or Quantum computing research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. Experience with Qiskit or similar quantum simulation tools.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and lead technical teams through complex transitions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
