Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems

- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate quantum solutions into commercial applications
- Publish high-impact research in peer-reviewed journals and industry conferences
- Secure federal and private research grants for quantum innovation projects
- Mentor junior researchers and drive quantum education initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems or superconducting qubits
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex concepts
