Responsibilities
- Lead R&D: Design and implement advanced AI models and quantum algorithms to solve complex, real-world problems for the 2026 roadmap.
- Architecture Strategy: Define the technical vision for our predictive intelligence systems, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, security experts, and researchers to integrate AI solutions into our core platform.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Cirq, Qiskit).
- Architecture: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and system design patterns.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of delivering innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
