Responsibilities
- Define the Roadmap: Lead the architectural vision for Nexus Horizon's 2026 technology stack, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- System Design: Design and implement complex distributed systems, focusing on AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing integration.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and drive technical excellence across multiple squads within the organization.
- Innovation Labs: Prototype and validate emerging technologies to determine their viability for production deployment.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for C-suite executives and investors.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to rigorous security protocols and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity within high-growth tech environments.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Rust, Go, or C++, with deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- AI/ML Expertise: Strong understanding of neural networks, large language models, and generative AI architectures.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
