Responsibilities
- Lead System Architecture: Design and implement high-performance AI and quantum computing architectures designed specifically for the 2026 deployment roadmap.
- Neural Optimization: Oversee the training and fine-tuning of large-scale transformer models and quantum neural networks.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of industry trends in generative AI, neuromorphic computing, and edge AI integration.
- Code Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce best practices for code review, CI/CD pipelines, and system reliability.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI and Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architecture role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Rust. Hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to architect scalable solutions for complex, high-volume problems.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in fast-paced, agile development environments.
