Responsibilities
- Architect and develop cloud-native microservices using AWS/Azure
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and DevOps practices
- Collaborate with Product team to translate requirements into technical specs
- Implement robust security protocols and performance monitoring
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical community events
- Drive innovation through quarterly hackathons and R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development (Python/Java/Go)
- Expertise in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and serverless architecture
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems and database optimization
- Certification in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) preferred
- Proven track record of mentoring technical teams
